MESPT has a mandate to procure goods, works, consulting services and non-consulting services competitively, guided by the organization’s procurement policy that ensures openness and transparency in line with the donor procurement rules with an objective of achieving value for money.
We have structures to facilitate systemic and structured decision making in procurement and contract management. We also offer an open opportunity for all who express interest in our procurement with a key focus on women, youth and people living with disabilities.
